HR Business Partner – 3-Month ContractLocation: Milton Keynes (Hybrid)Duration: 3 monthsRate: TBCHours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to FridayThis is an urgent requirement due to the volume and complexity of current employee relations casework.You will play a key role in managing high-risk ER matters across multiple sites, working with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage complex ER cases including grievances, disciplinaries, capability, sickness, change management, and TUPE.Provide confident, risk-based advice on employment law and HR best practice.Partner with managers to deliver effective HR solutions in a fast-paced environment.Essential Requirements:Proven hands-on experience in managing complex ER casework.Strong knowledge of UK employment law.CIPD Level 5+ (ideally Level 7).Experience in the public sector and working in unionised environments.Due to nature of the role, we require candidates who are available immediately or on short notice periods.Venn Group is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all backgrounds.
