From our office in Central Milton Keynes, we work with clients across Europe to help them find the right people to grow their teams. The Role You’ll be joining us as aTalent Consultant , working closely with both clients and candidates. Whether you’ve done something similar before or are completely new to recruitment, we’ll support you with the tools and training you need to thrive. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing: Building networks of brilliant candidates—especially through LinkedInSpeaking with clients to understand who they’re looking for and whyHelping manage client accounts and supporting new business developmentSourcing candidates through job boards, platforms, and creative thinkingWriting job ads that actually make people want to applyInterviewing candidates and matching them to the right opportunitiesKeeping things organised in our applicant tracking systemBeing a positive representative of our brand and cultureYou’ll also get the chance to collaborate with our Marketing team—whether it’s shaping campaigns, supporting social media, improving how we advertise, or attending exhibitions in the UK and abroad.What we're looking for A degree in any relevant subjectSome experience in research, resourcing, or account managementGreat communication and organisational skillsComfortable using software like CRMs or ATSExperience using social media to connect with others or build a brandAny international experience (work or travel) is a bonusWilling to travel occasionally for events or client meetingsLanguages Fluent English is essential.
