Job DescriptionConcierge Residential Real Estate - Build-to-Rent DevelopmentLocation: Milton KeynesSalary: 28,000 + 10% bonusEmployment Type: Full-time5 days a week - Monday - SundayRota / Shift patternMy client is a leading provider in the Build-to-Rent sector. They are looking for someone to work at their residential development. The development has high end apartments, 5 facilities and is run like a hotel.You will be the face of the company, working at the front desk. You will be responsible for ensuring that residents receive excellent service and that the high-end apartment building is maintained and managed efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Excellence: Act as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, delivering outstanding service across all touchpoints.Sales & Leasing: Guide prospective residents through the leasing process, from property tours to contract signings, ensuring occupancy targets are met.Resident Engagement: Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.Site Management Support: Collaborate with the on-site management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.Marketing & Outreach: Support marketing efforts, including social media engagement, events, and outreach to attract prospective tenants.Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with leasing and regulatory standards.What Were Looking ForProven experience in customer service and/or sales, ideally within property, real estate, or hospitality sectors.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building relationships.Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Familiarity with Build-to-Rent operations or residential leasing is an advantage but not essential.
