You will be responsible for managing the team, enforcing safety standards, and creating unforgettable experiences for every customer. Key Responsibilities: Run thrilling, safe, and high-quality race events Act as Duty Manager across Front of House & Track Deliver engaging and confident safety briefings Enforce race rules and driver standards professionally Support team training, development & performance Liaise with management to ensure events run to standard Requirements: Customer-facing or event-based experience preferred Strong communicator and people manager Calm under pressure, confident on the microphone Logical thinker with attention to detail Comfortable working evenings/weekends Perks: Full training provided Staff karting sessions Clear progression pathway TPBN1_UKTJ
