FP&A Business Partner

Job Description I am currently recruiting for a medical manfacturing business based in Bedfordshire who are looking for an FP&A Business Partner to join their high performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic business in what is an exciting time of change.In this role you will work with the Finance Director to support a number of high value, high profile projects working with the operational teams to report on performance, drive up margin, budget and forecast business performance and complete monthly management accounts.You will:Support, influence and challenge non-financial stakeholdersAct as the key financial advisor to managersAnalyse and track key financial metrics, including cost-per-activity, inventory costs, and labour efficiencyProvide financial modelling and analysis to support strategic initiatives such as expansions, investments, or process changesWork with stakeholders in the preparation and review of budgets and forecastsWork closely with supply chain, operations, procurement, and HR teams to ensure alignment of operational objectivesIdentify opportunities and risksProvide support to wider team on reporting, queries and analysisAbout You:Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)Prior experience within a FP&A roleExperience within retail, supply chain, manufacturing (preferred but not essential)Confident working with stakeholdersAbility to work proactivelyConfident dealing with non-financial stakeholdersThis role is a hybrid role with 3 days per week required in the office.For more information on this fantastic opportunity within a growing organisation please click to apply contact me at [email protected] for a confidential conversation today!
