New Business Development Manager Hybrid - mix of office (Milton Keynes) Permanent Up to 50K We are an award-winning and fast-growing provider in the technology and telecommunications sector , specialising in connectivity and cloud-based communications . Our solutions focus on resilience, scalability, and helping businesses stay connected. With a strong reputation for innovation, we are committed to delivering exceptional services and building long-term customer partnerships. We're seeking a results-driven New Business Development Manager to grow our Sales team. You'll identify and convert new customers, build a sustainable pipeline for our cellular and satellite connectivity solutions, and leverage leads, outreach, and industry events. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify new opportunities, build win plans, and close new business. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to unlock further growth opportunities. Keep CRM systems updated with pipeline, account, and campaign activity. Work towards achieving KPIs and sales targets. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within telecommunications/IoT. Formal sales training (account planning, qualification, presentation skills).
