Review customer journeys across New Business, Customer Services, Collections, and Resolutions. ? Provide oversight to ensure adherence to regulations and internal quality standards. ? Analyse data and interactions to spot risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement. ? Work closely with internal teams and outsourced partners to drive quality. ? Deliver constructive feedback and support calibrations to align QA frameworks. What We're Looking For ?? Experience in a QA or compliance role within a regulated environment . ?? Strong knowledge of FCA requirements and quality frameworks . ?? Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills . ??
