Job DescriptionMy client, a successful well-known international bank is looking for a Strategic HR Business Partner to join their HR Management team to partner with one or more of their Execs/Senior Leaders to align people strategy with business objectives. You will drive strategic initiatives across talent management, culture, leadership development, organisational design and transformation to create and maintain a high performing agile workforce.
