This is a vital role with responsibility for the strategy, delivery, and growth of their professional development programmeranging from webinars to digital learning materialssupported by a dedicated LMS Officer.What You'll Be DoingYou'll lead the planning and execution of engaging, high-quality development opportunities that deliver real value to members. Key responsibilities include:Shaping the strategic direction of the organisations learning programmeOverseeing the day-to-day operations of an established learning management system (Brightspace)Designing and delivering webinar content and digital resources in collaboration with external contributorsManaging and mentoring the LMS Officer, ensuring effective delivery and performanceCollaborating with Marketing and internal teams to drive engagement and maximise uptakeEvaluating learning experiences and using member feedback to continuously improve quality and relevanceWhat Youll BringWere looking for a skilled professional with a passion for adult learning and stakeholder engagement. Ideal candidates will have:3+ years experience in professional development or adult education roles with strategic responsibilityProven experience managing learning platforms and coordinating digital contentStrong project management and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on, collaborative approachExcellent communication and marketing awarenessPrior experience leading and developing team membersConfidence in managing multiple workstreams and deadlinesExperience in the not-for-profit, membership, or training sector is a plusbut not essential.What can we offer?Contract: Full-time, fixed-term (912 months maternity cover)Salary: 36,000 per annumLocation: Hybrid (23 days/week in Milton Keynes office; 23 days remote)Start date: As soon as possible.
