Your new company Part of a highly respected global automotive brand, this opportunity sits within the UK controlling team, a function that's central to both operational performance and strategic direction. As the organisation evolves its digital capabilities and expands its financial oversight across commercial vehicles, this newly created role offers a high-impact position supporting margin and discount governance for new truck sales.Your new role As Finance Analyst - Revenue, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, including finance, sales and HQ, to deliver trusted financial insight. You'll be responsible for:Managing and reviewing new vehicle discounts and associated margin analysisSupporting the Revenue Controller with monthly reporting, budgeting and approvalsDeputising in meetings, project work, and planning cycles when requiredAnalysing complex datasets and producing performance reports for senior managementActing as a key business partner across sales, product, and HQ teamsDriving process enhancement and digitalisation across financial workflowsPreparing and reviewing accruals, special discount provisions and compliance checksSupporting month-end activities and contributing to forecast planningThis is not a transactional role-it's strategic, commercial, and full of ownership. You'll be involved in value-focused decision-making and will gain exposure to a wide cross-section of the business.What you'll need to succeed We're looking for a confident, driven and detail-focused finance professional-someone ready to take initiative, own outcomes and stick their teeth into complex challenges. You'll ideally have:Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience with contribution margin control and discount governanceHighly analytical mindset with advanced Excel or Power BI experienceKnowledge of financial systems and a keenness to improve digital workflowsA qualification or part-qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or interest in studyingExperience in a controller or commercial finance role-rather than pure accountingAn understanding of the automotive sector or asset finance would be an advantage, though not essential.What you'll get in return This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, visible role with real scope to grow into leadership.
