Regional Warehouse Operation Support

Excel Job Responsibilities Cross-level Collaboration: Coordinate with Group and Intercontinental teams, convey plans and policies to individual warehouses; follow up on operational implementation, synchronize meeting information, and close the loop on pending tasks. Personnel Capacity Building: Build a competency system to support quality and operational analysis; formulate frontline growth plans, including new employee efficiency improvement, cross-functional certification for veteran employees, and team leader training. Monthly Staffing Planning: Develop monthly staffing plans based on order volume forecasts and individual warehouse actuals to ensure cost control and meet efficiency targets. Dynamic Staffing Adjustment: Monitor order volume fluctuations and efficiency changes, and promptly adjust staffing plans to balance production stability and cost control. Job Requirements Bachelor''s degree or above; requirements may be relaxed for those with outstanding experience. Experience with the entire promotion process, including manpower estimation, process adjustments, review and summary, and daily monitoring. Strong cost awareness and the ability to balance cost and efficiency in staffing planning. Excellent project management skills, capable of completing requirements confirmation, process monitoring, and experience accumulation.
