Legal Counsel

Exciting opportunity for a commercial lawyer with 1 6 PQE to join a leading international business where you will form part of an experienced legal team and support with a range of commercial legal work. Hybrid working at HQ in Milton Keynes. Arbuthnot Yon are working exclusively with a global brand which operates across the UK, Europe and Asia and is part of a global conglomerate. The business is going through an exciting period of change and growth encompassing sustainable innovation, and R&D and expansion that require support from the legal team. Forming part of a UK based Legal team and reporting into a senior lawyer, you will work closely with stakeholders and advise across a range of legal areas with a focus on: drafting, negotiating, and advising on a full range of commercial contracts - supply and procurement contracts, distribution agreements, technology, and customer contracts. You will also support the business with wider legal areas such marketing, IP, disputes and compliance. We are keen to hear from lawyers who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love what they do! If you are a commercial lawyer with sound experience in commercial agreements but you are also keen to develop and broaden your experience across different legal areas, then this could be a great role to work in a supportive team of an international growing business.
