Visual Merchandising Manager | Glasgow | Hybrid | We're working with a fast-growing global beauty brand looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager to deliver their VM strategy across international retail partners.This is a project-led, office-based role focused on ensuring consistent, high-quality brand execution across all physical retail channels.Is your CV ready If so, and you are confident this is the role for you, make sure to apply asap.The RoleYou'll deliver the global Visual Merchandising strategy, working closely with internal teams and external partners to develop fixtures and retail experiences, while ensuring consistent brand execution across all channels and alignment with commercial goals.Key ResponsibilitiesVM ManagementDeliver VM execution in line with brand guidelinesManage timelines, CPAs, and project riskMaintain the VM Master List across permanent and temporary projectsAlign retailer updates and launches with the VM calendarCreate VM briefs and planograms with Sales and MarketingSupport fixture and design development with internal teamsPresent concepts to retail partners where requiredManage budgets, raise POs, and track spendSupplier ManagementManage and brief external suppliers to deliver POS and VM assetsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specOversee production quality and resolve any issuesContinuous ImprovementSupport VM reviews and performance trackingAnalyse sales and consumer data to inform decisionsMaintain VM databases and documentationMonitor industry and retail trendsSupport VM strategy and guidelinesAbout You5+ years' experience in Visual Merchandising (beauty or FMCG preferred)Strong project and supplier management experienceExperience with space planning and planogramsExperience presenting and working with retail partnersUnderstanding of VM production and manufacturing processes xjdpvnf Able to read technical drawingsHighly organised with strong attention to detailConfident communicator, comfortable with stakeholdersProficient in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D design toolsAdditional InfoMust be based in Glasgow4 days onsite, Friday WFHASAP start (3-month notice considered)Relocation and visa support availableBenefits10% annual bonusPension schemePrivate medical insurance (incl. dental & vision)Income protection & critical illness coverFertility supportAdditional perks and product allowance
