This team completes their own AR&M analysis and produces theirnown reports andncalculations to ensure the availability targets are being met fornthe systems of the submarine. There is a lot of collaboration andnengagement required as part of this role therefore you will haventhe opportunity to liaise with a range of stakeholders from thenMOD, Dreadnought Alliance system owners/designers, as well asnexternal suppliers at design reviews and also the Combat Systemsnsenior managers. Joining this team allows you to influence thendesign of the Dreadnought platform from a Combat Systemsnperspective as well mentor and coach new members of the team tonsupport the capability further.
