Job Title: CleanerLocation: MITIE Defence UK, Technical Services, Building 680, Royal Air Force Mildenhall IP28 8NFCompany: MitieContract Type: Full-Time Permanent ContractHours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.00 – 16.30.Holidays: 25 days a year plus UK bank holidaysReporting to: Minor New Works Supervisor Job OverviewWe are seeking a Cleaner who will deliver excellent service standards while meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements and adhering to agreed cleaning schedules.In this role, you will ensure that offices and accommodation areas are kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, in line with all agreed SLAs. You will develop a strong understanding of the areas to be cleaned, the required cleaning schedules, and the correct use of all cleaning equipment and chemicals on the premises, while strictly following Health and Safety requirements.You will be required to work effectively as part of a team, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently using your own initiative. The role involves building positive and productive working relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service, and actively seeking opportunities to improve service delivery and exceed expectations continuously.
