Job Description Graduate Sales Executive - 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract with strong development opportunityMiddlewich, Cheshire (Hybrid 3 days office / 2 days home)Competitive SalaryAre you looking to start a career in sales with real progression opportunities?An established and growing international packaging business is looking for an ambitious Graduate Sales Executive to join its commercial team based in Middlewich.This opportunity is designed to develop future sales talent, giving you hands-on experience within a fast-moving commercial environment and the potential to progress into a field-based Account Manager role as the business continues to grow.If you're ambitious, commercially curious and motivated to build a long-term career in sales, this could be the perfect opportunity.The RoleYou will join the internal sales team, working closely with experienced sales professionals and supporting customer relationships across a range of sectors.This role provides a strong foundation in sales, customer management and commercial analysis, with increasing exposure to external customers as your experience develops.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting account managers with customer enquiries and quotationsBuilding relationships with customers via phone, email and TeamsAnalysing sales data, enquiries and pipeline activitySupporting sales forecasting and reportingLearning the companys product portfolio and market sectorsJoining customer meetings and gradually taking ownership of smaller accountsOver time, you'll develop the skills needed to move into a customer-facing sales position.What Were Looking ForWere looking for someone with drive, ambition and commercial curiosity.You may be:A recent graduate or someone with 02 years' commercial experienceSomeone who completed a placement year or internshipA confident communicator who enjoys working with peopleInterested in developing a long-term career in salesIndustry experience is not required, training will be provided.What matters most is your attitude, energy and potential.Key Skills & AttributesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAnalytical mindset with confidence working with dataComfortable using Excel and digital systemsAmbitious and motivated to build a career in salesProactive, energetic and eager to learnWhat Youll GainStructured experience in a growing international businessExposure to customer relationships and commercial strategyMentorship from experienced sales leadersOpportunity to develop into a field-based Account ManagerLocation & Working PatternMiddlewich, CheshireHybrid working (approx. 3 days office / 2 days home)Open to candidates across the North West (Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington and surrounding areas)A full UK driving licence is required as the role will develop into a customer-facing position.
