We are seeking a dynamic individual with a proven track record of advising within a multi-tied or whole of market environment. While not essential, a Financial Services qualification such as CeMap/FP or Protection Qualification RO5 would be highly advantageous! What We Offer: Basic Salary: 28,000 - 35,000 (depending on experience) Commission: 20-25% after hitting validation On-Target Earnings (OTE): 55,000 - 75,000 Flexible 60/40 split between home and office (post-induction) Full admin and paraplanner support Warm leads from Estate Agency/New Build & Existing Clients No Cold Calling!
