This is an exciting time to join a team that values collaboration, hands-on problem solving, and building homes that make a real difference.The Role: Technical ManagerOur client is looking for a Technical Manager to take responsibility for the technical and design aspects of all live and upcoming projects. You will work closely with the Head of Development and the delivery team to make sure schemes are designed, planned, and delivered successfully.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate design and technical work across projectsWork with housing providers, local authorities, and consultants to make sure schemes meet requirementsEnsure projects comply with planning, building regulations, and funding rulesSupport land and pre-construction teams with technical checksHelp improve processes and ways of working across the teamThe OpportunityThis is a chance to join a growing regional business at an exciting stage.
