With ongoing growth and ambitious plans ahead, we are looking for an experienced Operations Director to help us scale effectively, strengthen processes, and ensure we continue delivering exceptional results for our customers and partners.The RoleAs Group Operations Director, you will take ownership of day-to-day operations across the business, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and excellence across supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and people. This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing strategic vision with operational execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and continuously improve operational processes across the Group.Oversee supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and distribution to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Partner with the senior leadership team to set and deliver business goals.Implement systems, metrics, and KPIs to monitor performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.Lead, mentor, and develop teams across logistics, warehousing, purchasing, quality, HR, and IT.Drive operational projects that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support sustainable growth.Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health 'safety, and company policies.Support financial planning, budgeting, and cost control with the finance team.About YouWe’re looking for a proven operational leader who combines big-picture thinking with a practical, hands-on approach.
