In addition to the competitive salary, there are also benefits on tap – including annual leave (increasing with length of service), a generous pension scheme (matched up to 9%), potential to earn bonuses, and access to a great range of online and high street discounts.   We also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more!As a LGV Driver (C1) based in the Middlesborough branch, you’ll be responsible for:  Driving a 7.5T lorry delivering plumbing and heating products to our customers (This will involve manual handling heavy stock including boilers, radiators, toilets and skinks)Delivery region will cover Teesside and North YorkshireCarrying out roughly 7 - 8 deliveries a day to our customers which are mainly new build housing sitesEnsuring all aspects of Health and Safety are adhered to, carrying out a daily check on the vehicle, equipment and load for which you have responsibility and reporting any defectsProviding excellent customer service at all timesAssisting in the warehouse once back from deliveries with picking and packing and loading the vehicleThis role is a full time, permanent position working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 07.30am - 4.30pm.And here’s what we’d like you to have:Full UK Driving License (Category C License)Driver Qualification Card (CPC)Digital Tachograph CardExperience of driving a 7.5T LorryA track record of good customer serviceComputer Literacy We look forward to receiving your application!
