Job Title: Receptionist (Full-Time, Permanent) Location: Middlesbrough Salary: £22,500 per annum (for applicants aged 21+), with review after successful probation Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) – 35 hours per week Start Date: Immediate We are looking to recruit an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a client-facing role and thrives in a busy, professional environment. Key Responsibilities: * Answering and directing telephone calls * Welcoming clients and visitors in a professional manner * Managing incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries * Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area * Providing general administrative support to the team What We’re Looking For: * Previous reception/front-of-house experience * Confident and professional telephone manner * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion * Experience working in a solicitor's office is highly desirable We are looking to interview this week, so early applications are encouraged
