This role will focus on ensuring assembled equipment meets engineering specifications, customer requirements, and company quality standards from goods-in inspection through to final test and certification.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect mechanical and hydraulic components and assemblies to engineering drawings and specificationsVerify dimensional compliance and correct mechanical fit-upInspect hydraulic systems including cylinders, manifolds, pipework, valves, pumps and hose assembliesWitness and verify hydrostatic and functional pressure testingComplete inspection reports, route cards and non-conformance documentationMaintain component traceability and certification recordsSupport supplier inspections and goods-in verificationRequirements5+ years experience in quality inspection within mechanical or hydraulic OEM manufacturingStrong ability to read and interpret engineering xjdpvnf drawings and hydraulic schematicsExperience using inspection tools (verniers, micrometres, torque tools, gauges)Good understanding of ISO 9001 quality systemsStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environmentThis is an excellent opportunity to join a quality-driven manufacturing team delivering high-performance engineered systems.
