Integration Project manager - Up to 55k - Permanent - SurreyPlease make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.Are you an experienced project manager with a background in UK MOD maritime installations? Our client is looking for a proactive and technically adept Integration Project Manager to lead and deliver complex implementation projects across Royal Navy, Royal Fleet Auxiliary, and other UK Government vessels.As part of the dynamic Project Management Team , you'll play a key role in managing multiple concurrent installation programmes, ensuring successful delivery from concept through to implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end management of multiple UK MOD maritime installation projectsDevelop technical documentation including Equipment Guidance Packages (EGPs), Installation Guidance Packages (IGPs), and Modification LeafletsOversee the Change Impact Assessment Process (CIAP), collaborating with engineering and assurance teamsTrack progress, manage risks, and report internally and to MOD stakeholdersCoordinate suppliers and subcontractors to deliver on time, to spec, and within budgetAttend key customer meetings to represent project and commercial interestsSupport continuous improvement of project management processesEssential Skills & ExperienceProven project management experience delivering UK MOD maritime or government projectsStrong knowledge of maritime electrical/electronic systems, IT networks, and satellite communicationsAbility to produce clear, accurate documentation (EGPs, IGPs, etc.)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsComfortable managing priorities, timelines, and supplier relationshipsHighly self-motivated, organised, and outcome-drivenProficient in MS Office and general project management toolsWillingness to travel within the UK as project needs dictateMust hold or be eligible to obtain Developed Vetting (DV) clearanceWhy Join?Be part of mission-critical defence and maritime programmesCollaborative, fast-paced environment with genuine impactOpportunities for career development within a growing organisationCompetitive salary and benefits packageReady to deliver maritime integration projects that matter?Apply now and take the next step in your career with a company committed to innovation, excellence, and national defence.Oscar Associates (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.To understand more about what we do with your data please review our privacy policy in the privacy section of the Oscar website.TPBN1_UKTJ
