Role OverviewWe are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Joiner to join our client's responsive repairs and planned works team. The ideal candidate will have a background in social housing maintenance, with the ability to deliver high-quality joinery in both occupied and void properties. Key Responsibilities Carry out all aspects of joinery work including repairs, replacements, and installations in social housing propertiesRespond to both planned maintenance and reactive repair jobsEnsure all work is carried out in line with health and safety standards and relevant regulationsCommunicate professionally with tenants, housing officers, and site managementTravel to various sites across the Middlesbrough, primarily within housing estates and community schemes Requirements Proven experience as a Joiner, ideally within a social housing or public sector settingAbility to carry out a broad range of joinery tasks, including door hanging, skirting, kitchen fitting, and window repairsPrevious supervisory experience on maintenance or refurbishment projectsFull UK driving licenceStrong communication and customer service skills, especially when working in occupied homesExcellent attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in team settings#J-18808-Ljbffr
