Central Employment are working with one of the North East's established ICT providers, as they look to appoint a proven and driven Business Development Consultant, joining there Teesside based Commercial team. Teesside/office based, plus customer travel Circa 30,000 DOE + OTE, 55k 1st year Business Development Consultant profile: As a B2B Sales Consul tant, you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and providing expert analysis to enhance business performance. Reporting to senior management, your core skills in business analysis and analytical thinking will enable you to assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough business analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilize strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance B2B sales. Maintain accurate documentation and reports on project progress and outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to inform business strategies. Experience required: Proven track record on B2B solution focused sales, circa 3+ yrs An interest and or operated in the IT and Technology sector Strong field sales and territory management knowledge Track record of bringing in new customers Excellent communication skills, both written and orally Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and relationship management TPBN1_UKTJ
