Job DescriptionA long-standing UK-based manufacturer is looking for a Digtial Marketing Executive to join their team. Having recently undergone a major rebrand and website launch, the company is now entering a pivotal growth phase with increased investment in digital infrastructure and e-commerce channels.They're looking for a hands-on and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to enhance digital performance, drive lead generation, and improve the online customer experience. Youll take ownership of key platforms including a Shopify-based website, HubSpot CRM, and paid media channels, using data insights to support business growth.Working alongside a Marketing Executive who focuses on branding and campaign content, your role will centre on digital performance, conversion, and optimisation. Please note that this is an office-based position, so you must be able to visit their office daily, located in Stockton-On-Tees.Key Responsibilities:1. Website & User Experience (Shopify)Manage and optimise user experience and lead generation on the company websiteDevelop and implement an ecommerce channel for parts and accessoriesEnsure product data accuracy including descriptions, pricing, and imagesEnhance site layout and structure to improve conversionsConduct A/B testing and implement findingsCollaborate with developers to execute technical updatesApply SEO and accessibility best practicesRecommend tools or upgrades to improve site performance2. Lead Generation & CRM (HubSpot)Build and manage forms, landing pages, and workflowsOptimise lead capture and segmentation strategiesAlign marketing efforts with product stock and sales prioritiesUse CRM data to drive targeted campaigns3. Paid Media (Meta, Google Ads)Plan and manage campaigns across Google and social platformsWrite and test ad copy, targeting strategies, and formatsMonitor and optimise campaign performanceCoordinate with internal teams to create required assets4. Social Media (Organic)Support the broader marketing team with insights on trends and engagementRecommend high-performing organic content for boostingEnsure alignment between paid and organic strategies5. Analytics & ReportingUse GA4, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite to track performanceMonitor key metrics including traffic, engagement, and conversionsProduce regular reports with actionable insightsUse data to guide digital decisionsSome of the requirements:3+ years of experience in a digital marketing or ecommerce roleProficiency with Shopify and HubSpot (or similar platforms)Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, and conversion optimisationSkilled with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Ads ManagerStrong attention to detail and communication skillsAble to manage workload independently and meet deadlinesBonus: Knowledge of HTML/CSS or Adobe design softwareApply now!
