You’ll join a supportive, well-structured environment that empowers you to deliver high-quality client service while enjoying genuine flexibility and work–life balance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage your own caseload of residential property matters — including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, remortgages, and new builds — alongside a team of Paralegals.Maintain proactive, transparent communication with clients at every stage.Build and maintain strong working relationships with estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.Contribute to a modern, service-led conveyancing process that values both quality and efficiency.About YouA minimum of 2 years’ experience running a full residential conveyancing caseload.Solid technical knowledge of the conveyancing process and an eye for detail.Strong organisational and client communication skills.Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.Confident using digital case management systems and adaptable to new technology.The RewardsCompetitive salary: £35,000– £50,000 (DOE).Health benefits package.36 holiday days per year.Additional employee perks and wellbeing initiatives.Company pension scheme.Enhanced maternity/ paternity.100% remote working with a modern, flexible, and supportive culture.
