Outreach Support Worker

We are proud to be partnering with a Charity , who are looking to appoint an Outreach Support Worker on a 3-month temporary contract. This will be a full-time position based in Surrey , with a rate of 22.97 per hour via an Umbrella Company. The ideal candidate will have an Enhanced DBS taken out within the last 3 years, a Full UK Driver's License with access to a car and experience providing outreach support to individuals experiencing homelessness. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Managing a caseload of rough sleepers Creating accurate support plans and risk assessments Finding rough sleepers' temporary accommodation where possible Signposting clients to external organisations Experience required: Experience providing outreach support Experience working within a charity Skills, knowledge and expertise required : Strong communication skills both written and verbal The ability to deal with people compassionately Working hours : 37.5 hours per week Monday Friday, shift work Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
