Job Title: Childrens Senior Residential Care Worker Location: Shropshire Salary: Up to 36,122 per year (including sleep-ins) Contract: Full-time | Permanent Shift Pattern: 2-on / 3-off (with sleep-ins) A leading childrens residential care provider is seeking experienced Senior Residential Care Workers to support and guide young people aged 818. About the Role As a Senior Residential Care Worker , you will play a key role in creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment while also supporting the Registered Manager with leadership responsibilities.
