This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career.Due to ambitious growth plans and a very strong order book they are looking for a motivated and reliable Machine Operator to join their production team in Middlesbrough.You will be responsible for operating and maintaining die-cutting and slitting machines, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.No previous print or machine experience is required full training will be providedTHE ROLEYou will operate die-cutting and slitting machines according to production schedulesMonitor machine performance and ensure consistent product qualityCarry out basic machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenanceInspect materials for defects and ensure finished products meet quality standardsFollow all health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environmentAssist with material handling and other production tasks as requiredTHE PERSONNo previous print or machine experience is required full training will be providedA positive attitude and willingness to learn new skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently once trainedBasic mechanical aptitude is beneficial but not essentialTO APPLYPlease send your updated CV to Harry Mann or apply direct by calling Westray Recruitment Group
