However, the key responsibilities are:PeopleMonthly, weekly and daily meetings with your HODs discussing performance, setting objectives and agreeing accountabilityMonthly, weekly and daily training/coaching sessions with your HODs.CommercialManaging the targets and KPIs through your HODs and other team members.Understand and influence opportunities from your P+L. Create and mange business plans as and when requiredAchieve the targets and KPIs set for the clubManaging the targets and KPIs through your HODs and other team membersUnderstand and influence opportunities from your P+L. Create and mange business plans as and when required.OperationsTo ensure full compliance of all company policies and procedures.To ensure the correct induction process is always followed for the introduction of new colleagues or role changes.All COSHH and Risk Assessments to be completed and reviewed six monthly/yearly as a minimum.What are we looking for? Skillset is vital but this company also recruit the person sat in front of them, meaning personality and character go a long way.This fitness job can develop significantly and there are considerable examples of this happening consistently over time and all over the country.
