Theyre looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their team and deliver exceptional customer support.This role is less "hardcore IT" than you might think its all about problem-solving, customer service, and communication, with some technical elements. Youll be the first point of contact for customer queries, making sure every interaction is handled smoothly, professionally, and with a smile.What youll be doing:Handling customer queries by phone and email, logging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.Escalating tickets where needed and working with 2nd/3rd line teams to ensure quick resolutions.Keeping records accurate and up to date.Spotting ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.What were looking for:Strong communication and customer service skills youll enjoy speaking with people and building positive relationships.Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.At least 1 year of experience in a support or service role (doesnt have to be deep technical).A curious mindset, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn new systems.Why apply?A permanent role with great progression opportunities.Hybrid setup just 1 day a week in the office.Salary up to 26k.The chance to join a growing company whose tech is making a real difference.
