We have an exciting role within our Resident and Business Support Service as aRevenues and Benefits Officer . About UsTo succeed in this role, you need experience in customer service, effective verbal and written communication skills, and excellent attention to detail. You should be self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and a team player. You will manage a caseload involving customer contact via multiple channels, including inbound and outbound calls and in-person interactions at our Contact Centre. Your responsibilities include ensuring all cases are handled to completion in accordance with relevant statutory regulations, policies, and procedures, and maximizing cash collection. Experience in benefits and council tax support is preferred. This is a fixed-term position until 31st December 2025, working 22.5 hours per week on a part-time basis.
