Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital is seeking a Healthcare Account Manager to drive engagement with GPs, primary care professionals, corporate partners and local businesses supporting referral growth and service awareness.As a Healthcare Account Manager, you will:Develop and implement an annual engagement programme for primary care professionals and corporates, including educational events, networking meetings, and information sessionsIdentify new business opportunities and support initiatives to increase patient referrals.Collaborate with hospital consultants and department heads to strengthen relationships and grow consultant practices, through promoting consultants and our services to the wider primary care and business communityMonitor referral activity and prepare monthly reports.Organise annual events and consultant networking functions.Create content and schedule social media campaignsWork closely with central marketing to inform:Website development, SEOAdvertising schedules and promotional material distribution.Manage enquiry generation and ensure smooth handover to operational teams.What Were Looking ForStrong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience in event managementExperience in social media- creating and positing collateral across various platformsExcellent organisational and communication abilities.Flexibility, creativity and adaptabilitySelf-motivatedHelping you feel good.We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
