Job Description Production ManagerWe are now searching for an experience Production Manager to take over an expanding manufacturing team, working with an expanding pharmaceutical OTC manufacturer.This business has expanded its portfolio over recent years and has further plans for development in 2026. The role of Production Manager will take a technical leadership approach. As well as managing a production team who are split across several shifts, the role will take full responsibility for CAPAs, change controls and deviation management in the manufacturing facility.The position will be fully site based Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm.Please contact Mark Bux-Ryan for further information.Key experience:Pharmaceutical production leadership experience supervisor, team leader or manager levels could be consideredFull understanding of GMPKnowledge and experience of managing deviations, change controls and CAPAs in the production settingPeople leadership experience Strong communication skills and ability to influence and persuade at all levelsProduction, manager, supervisor, pharmaceutical, GMP, quality, QA, non, sterile, tablets, liquids, aseptics, OTC, consumer, prescription, warehouse, leader
