Senior/Project Architect - Merseyside

Job Description Were seeking a talented Senior Architect to join a successfulpractice, working across a diverse mix of commercial and residential projects in the North West. With an expanding portfolio they are looking to strengthenthe team with a capable and self-sufficientSenior Architect. If you are technically strongand thrive within a delivery focused environment, then this may be the role for you!The RoleLead projects through all RIBA stages (0-7)Produce detailed technical drawings and coordinatedesign information, using ArchiCAD.Prepare and manage planning submissionsCoordinate inputs from consultants.Act as primary point of contact for clients and local authority bodies.Ensure full compliance with council procedures, tender requirements, and reporting standards.Offer support to junior members of the team when required.The PersonARB and RIBAregistered Architect with 5+ years postqualification experience.A proven track record delivering both commercial and residential projects.Comfortable working independently.Proficient in CAD software - ArchiCAD preferred.Strong technical skills with a delivery focused approachStrong communicator and can work effectively with clients and stakeholders.Must have full Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship offered)Contact Jodie SmithT: 020 7318 1777E: [email protected]
