Title: Compliance Administrator Type: Permanent Hours: Part Time (15-20 hours per week, Mon Fri) Salary: 28,000 - 35,000 pro rata Location: Inverness Summary: Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator on a part time basis for approximately 15-20 hours per week. The pattern of working hours can be flexible to suit and duties include:The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.Provision of administrative support to a small team, ensuring compliance with financial service sector regulations.Working with the firm's compliance team to ensure the firm complies with regulatory expectations.Assisting with the review of key policies and procedures.Provide administrative support including booking client appointments and dealing with enquiries.Updating and maintaining accurate and confidential client files.Paraplanning support including researching of products.Person Specification: Strong administrative skills and an understanding of compliance and quality management.Excellent IT skills including MS Office.Experience of the financial service sector is preferred but not essential.Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.Appreciation of discretion and confidentiality.TPBN1_UKTJ
