Paid support for professional qualifications - theyll back your journey to Chartered. 95 hours with a proper lunch break, so your evenings stay yours.What youll do: Craft detailed, technical reports and handle a wide range of planning cases. Be a trusted point of contact for clients and providers. Dive deep into pensions, investments & protection - the complex stuff that keeps it interesting. Mentor juniors and help improve processes as the team grows.What youll bring: At least 3-4 years of solid paraplanning experience. Level 4 Diploma (essential), ideally working towards Chartered. Sharp technical knowledge and a knack for explaining advice clearly.
