Vehicle Technician - All skill levels considered Location: Melton Mowbray Salary: 30,000 50,000 (Depending on experience) + Excellent Benefits & Bonuses Autotech Recruit arerecruiting for a growing multi-franchise dealership in Melton Mowbray, now representing four major brands and expanding across a modern 3.5-acre site. We're looking for two Vehicle Technicians at any skill levelMechanical, Diagnostic, Master, or Auto Electrical. The Role: Diagnose and repair vehicles to a high standard Complete eVHCs and accurate paperwork Follow MOT/manufacturer guidelines Keep the workshop safe and organised Take part in ongoing training and upskilling What You Need: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Minimum 2 years experience (main dealer NOT essential) EV qualification desirable (training available) Strong problem-solving ability Full UK driving licence and a positive attitude Benefits: Salary 30k50k depending on skill level Travelling allowance Pension scheme 500 sign-on bonus + 500 after 12 months 22 days holiday (plus bank hols) Staff discounts on vehicles, parts and servicing Tool insurance Monthly employee recognition awards Hours: MonFri 8:30am5:30pm Sat 8:30am12:30pm (1 on / 1 off, looking to reduce as team grows) Keen to find out more?
