We are proud to be one of the most innovative providers of young people’s residential care and education in the UK.ResponsibilitiesWork alongside the Home Manager in all aspects of running the home, including compliance, safeguarding, and quality assurance, ensuring that the home aligns with our values and standards and financial planning.Lead and inspire a team, providing supervision, appraisal, professional development and training.Manage the home effectively in the absence of the Registered Manager.Ensure a safe, homely environment and maintain high standards of care.Manage health and safety protocols, risk assessments and ensure compliance of training for the team.Liaise with professionals and contribute to care planning.If you're passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people and enabling them to shape their own future, then we want you to be part of our team.QualificationsFull UK Manual Driving licenseLevel 3 in Children’s and Young Peoples Workforce QualificationAt least 1 years experience as a Senior Residential Care worker in a Children’s Home setting.
