More about you To apply for this role, you will already have: Proven experience working as a business analyst or in a similar role such as systems analyst, data analyst, process analyst or project manager. Analytical skills, including requirements validation, root cause analysis, use case development, and process modelling. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. To strengthen your application, it would be beneficial if you also have: Knowledge with change management and business acceptance activities, including user training and frameworks like ADKAR. An understanding of engineering industry standards and best practices. In this role, you will: Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to gather, analyse, and refine requirements for a variety of technical projects. Translate technical concepts into clear, accessible documentation and insights that make sense to both technical and non-technical audiences. Design and optimise business processes that enhance efficiency, reduce complexity, and support long-term growth. Take part in agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment between evolving business needs and technical capabilities throughout the development lifecycle. Produce insightful reports and visualisations that empower data-driven decisions across engineering and business teams.
