What You’ll Do: You’ll be at the heart of our digital marketing activity, delivering creative campaigns, optimising online content, and driving customer engagement across platforms. In this role, you’ll be rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in everything from: Creating, scheduling, and analysing social media content Planning and executing email marketing campaigns Updating and managing website content and product listings Designing assets for digital campaigns (social/email/web) Supporting SEO and digital advertising efforts with our agency partners Collaborating closely with the internal e-commerce and creative teams Monitoring performance metrics and reporting on key insights Your Impact: ·Lead & motivate your team to deliver quality, on time, every time ·Drive production forward through smart planning and coordination ·Champion safety, best practice and continuous improvement ·Track Performance and share insights to push us to do even better ·Foster collaboration across teams, keeping communication clear and morale high Who you are: Creative, proactive and eager to take ownership Digitally savvy with strong attention to detail Resilient, flexible and comfortable working at pace A natural communicator and team player Ready to grow in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same You don’t need years of experience, just a solid foundation in digital marketing, a strong work ethic, and the willingness to learn and adapt.
