Quality Engineer

Job Description Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a leading specialist manufacturer based just outside of Matlock, in the search for a Quality Engineer to join their established and forward-thinking team.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Lead and support quality improvement initiatives across the site, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable corrective actionsApply structured problem-solving tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone Analysis, and FMEA to eliminate recurring issues and improve processesSupport the introduction of new products and process changes through quality planning and validation activitiesConduct internal audits and assist with maintaining compliance to ISO 9001 and other relevant standardsCollaborate closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve non-conformances and improve product qualityAnalyse data and report on key quality metrics, driving a culture of continuous improvementI'm keen to speak to Quality Engineer's with the following experience:Previous experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of quality tools and methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA, PPAP, etc.)Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management SystemsExcellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage teams at all levelsA hands-on, solutions-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvementWhy Apply?This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a business that values quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
