Decorating works across repairs, maintenance and property refurbishments. Delivering high-quality and compliant work. Multi skilling to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers homes. Working in our properties across the Northwest. All jobs arescheduled so you know exactly where you need to be. You have City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in painting and decorating or equivalent qualification. Experience in all aspects of painting and decorating work within a maintenance environment. Experience in other building trade areas (multi skilled). A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement. A full current driving license as youll be provided with a company van for business use and commuting. Job details Working Monday to Friday, you may be required to take part in our out of hours service on a rota with colleagues, for which you will receive an additional generous on call payment. Youll work across our properties in the Northwest.Our office base is Maryport. Confident using technology to access scheduled jobs You have a full current driving license, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.
