In this role, you will be required cross-functional collaboration to meet partnership goals, build strong relationships, and lead new initiatives.As an AWS Alliance Manager, you'll beresponsible for:Creating and executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) andcollaborating on Go-To-Market strategies, incentives, and sales enablement activitiesSupporting internal and externalsales pipelines, aligning with Business Development Representatives on customer opportunitiesBuilding strong relationships across commercial, sales, technical, and operational teams, and represent the company at UK industry eventsLeading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), resolving vendor-related issues, and maintaining up-to-date sales and technical certificationsMonitoring and reporting on vendor earnings, channel performance, and competitor insights, ensuring alignment with company goalsWe'd love you to haveDemonstrated experience in building and managing collaborative partnerships and vendor relationshipsConfident in leading engaging business reviews and discussions with diverse stakeholdersHolds or is actively pursuing relevant Sales and Technical certifications to support continuous learningSkill in fostering inclusive, cross-functional relationships both internally and externallyBeing thoughtful and have an analytical approach to partnership performance, with strong attention to detail and task prioritisationWe also acknowledge that the confidencegap and imposter syndrome are a real thing andcanget in thewayof us meeting fantastic talent, so please don't hesitate to apply we would love to hear from you!Work in a way that works for youWe recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
