Make an impact!As aTalent Acquisition Partner,you'll play a critical role in delivering fast, effective, and high-quality hiring for our frontline and operational teams. This role is all abouthigh-volume recruitment,speed without sacrificing quality, and ensuring we have the right people in the right place at the right time. You'll be the go-to recruitment expert for operational hiring managers - driving pipeline creation, streamlining hiring processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where e fficiency, urgency,andcandidate qualityare key. You will work on the following:*Lead high-volume hiringfor drivers and operators (including Class 1 and Class 2 drivers) across multiple sites, ensuring fast turnaround from vacancy to onboarding. *Source at scaleusing job boards, social media, local ads, community outreach, and targeted referral campaigns for licensed drivers and experienced operators. *Screen efficiently , checking licence types (Class 1, Class 2), availability, and safety/compliance credentials early in the process. *Work closely with hiring managersto understand regional demands, shift patterns, and urgent staffing gaps. *Streamline recruitment processesto reduce time-to-hire *Provide a straightforward candidate experience *Track and report on key metricslike fill rates, time-to-hire, and conversion rates to drive performance and continuous improvement.Do you have what it takes?* Proven experience inhigh-volume recruitment,ideally within logistics, manufacturing, or similar blue-collar environments * A passion for fast-paced hiring - you thrive when working to tight deadlines and large volumes *Strong sourcing skillsand confidence using job boards, CV databases, and local hiring campaigns * Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders at once, prioritising workload for maximum impact *Clear communicatorwith excellent organisational skills and attention to detail * Comfortable using ATS and recruitment systems to keep processes tight and track performance * A hands-on, can-do mindset - you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in We expect from you toBe accountable, Drive results ,Embrace Change , and high levels ofCollaboration !What's in for you?* Salary up to £45,000 plus 10% bonus * Room for growth and professional development * Hybrid working; 3 days in the office & 2 days from home * Contributory Pension * Access to our benefits platform for discounts and cash back on shopping purchases, gyms and leisure activities, cycle to work scheme and dedicated wellbeing centre * Opportunity to shape the future of our organization through strategic talent acquisition * Collaborative and inclusive work environment where your ideas are valuedReady to make a difference?
