Job Description Are you an experienced Reward specialist ready to step into your first Head of Reward role? This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of both BAU reward delivery and highimpact transformation projects within a large, national multisite business.Reporting to a highly supportive Reward Director, youll join a collaborative and fastpaced team with direct exposure to the Executive Committee and RemCo. While the role has no direct line management, youll have a sizeable team to lean on for delivery, insight and operational support. That said, this is a very flat structure and you'll be expected to run your own reports and do your own analysis as required too.
