The Senior Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing physical conditions, creating personalized treatment plans, performing therapeutic treatments, and monitoring patient progress. Additional responsibilities include consulting with other healthcare professionals, maintaining up-to-date patient records, and educating clients on preventive techniques and exercises. The role also involves leading a team of therapists and contributing to continuous improvement in clinical practices and contributing to business growth and development.QualificationsStrong skills in assessing and diagnosing physical conditions, and creating treatment plansExperience in performing therapeutic treatments and monitoring patient progressProficiency in consulting with other healthcare professionals and maintaining patient recordsAbility to educate clients on preventive techniques and exercisesLeadership skills to lead a team of physiotherapistsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsRelevant qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in PhysiotherapyRegistered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the UKExperience in a variety of rehabilitation techniques is a plus
