Job Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Technical Support (Finance and Budgets) Administrator to support financial planning and project delivery across a diverse portfolio of site-level budgets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with site managers, partner sub-consultants, and clients.Key Responsibilities:Prepare annual budget forecasts for consultancy fees and sub-contractor works across multiple projects, in partnership with site managers and external consultants.Monitor budgets on an ongoing basis, reconciling actual vs. forecast spend, identifying variances, and raising concerns early.Support site managers in effectively managing and understanding their site-level budgets.Produce and issue monthly and ad-hoc budget updates for clients, providing clear commentary where required.Manage data input using bespoke database systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Take minutes at meetings and assist with broader project and business administration tasks.
