Job description: We are recruiting a Shift Leadwithin the Production Department at our Market Drayon Butter Plant The Purpose of the role is to enable the team to deliver targets and continuously improve performance by coaching and developing our people. Responsibilities: Creating and delivering development plans. Coaching front line team members, enabling them to solve problems. Ensures own activities are aligned to overall business objectives. People management including delivery of performance review, development and coaching of team, dealing with employee relations issues. Collaboratively works with other teams to improve our business.
